Who is it for ?

How does it work ?

bulletThe brewer orders a quantity of 9 gallon casks.
bulletECasks delivers, or brewer can pick up from our service centre.
bulletBrewer fills casks.
bulletBrewer delivers full casks to wholesaler.
bulletBrewer notifies ECasks of delivery date and depot.
bulletBrewer forgets about the casks.
bulletECasks recovers the casks from wholesale network, then cleans and prepares for re-use.

Where is the ECasks service centre ?

bulletJust off the M50 -- not far from the M5.
bullet30 minutes from Gloucester, Cheltenham and Worcester.
bullet1 hour from Birmingham, Bristol, Oxford and Cardiff.

Who looks for 'lost' casks ?

bulletWe do -- the customer forgets about the casks once the 'fulls' are delivered to the wholesaler.

How much does it cost ?

bullet£6.30 per cask, if collected from our service centre.
bulletBookings can be made well in advance, to suit your forthcoming promotions' business -- no additional charge over the fill fee. These bookings will take preference when reserving casks returning from trade.
bulletCasks can be ordered for immediate collection or delivery -- just look at the website, or phone to check availability.
bullet Casks can be delivered to the brewery at very advantageous rates.
bulletFor very long distances, we can send by pallet network (24 per pallet).
bulletPayment is due on or before empty casks are delivered to the brewery.

How do I use the service ?

ECasks customer policy is broadly as follows :-
bulletCustomers should be established brewers, who are SIBA members.
bulletCustomers will be asked to agree to a 'fair use' policy prior to the first order.
bulletCurrent stock availability is posted on the website, and updated daily.
bulletBookings can be taken well in advance, to take priority when allocating stock.
